Accreditation
As a degree issuing college, we are an accredited learning institution currently under the licensure of the Veritas Summit College, a Christian college in Metropolitan Atlanta, Georgia. And our students are located globally in North America, the Caribbean, and Africa. However, currently as a College and Seminary, we are undergoing accreditation to become a fully independently accrediting College and Seminary. About Accreditation: In the United States, accreditation is used to assure quality in schools, educational institutions and programs. It should be noted that accreditation is a voluntary, non-governmental process to review and evaluate. The accreditation process requires an educational institution or program to meet certain defined standards or criteria set forth by the accrediting body. These standards change from State to State and from region to region. These standards also change with time. In fact, thankfully and partly because of our country’s heritage and Constitution (re: “freedom of choice”) there are no two Universities that have the same structure, philosophies, teaching modalities or evaluation criteria. This can act to allow or permit a certain degree of freedom. Our programs are not designed to meet any specific local, state, territorial, regional, or national licensing or credentialing laws. Further, being non-traditional in nature, our programs are not designed to meet a particular requirement established by any private association or “traditional” licensing or other accrediting organization. Without doubt, many of our students/graduates are among the highest caliber, most intelligent, talented, best-educated and most effective individuals you will find anywhere. Their SOECTS degrees are equal to their counterparts from traditional schools anywhere in the world. Will my degree be accepted? Although our graduates do quite well in the job market and are accepted by numerous other schools, SOECTS makes no promises, representations nor guarantees of employment or acceptability of transfer credits to any public or private educational institution. If you are seeking an SOECTS degree for specific licensing, employment or additional educational purposes, we advise you to first check with the association, governmental agency, employer, or specific educational institution to determine the acceptability. A degree is never worth more than the person who has the degree. Many students have graduated from schools and paid thousands of dollars to obtain an education. Yet, after the student graduated they still had very little knowledge of God’s word and had grown very little in their ministry skills. While they had an accredited degree to hang on the wall, they went on to do very little in ministry because they did not have the skills and abilities that churches and schools look for when hiring someone. Skill and ability come only from credible teaching and training. SOECTS will continue to shy away from any kind of accreditation that might weaken our ability to train men and women to be effective servants of Christ in their church and place of ministry service. Few pastors are promoted to bigger churches simply because of the name of their institution. Churches want ministers who demonstrate that they truly have a real degree and education by what they are and how they perform their tasks. A degree from SOECTS will give you the credible degree that you need. Most importantly, you will engage in studies that will sharpen your God-given talents thereby allowing you to do great things for God. Your church and peers will accept your degree if they accept you. The degree does not make the person. The person makes the degree. Will a degree from SOECTS be accepted by another school? This all depends on the school. No school has to accept credit from any other school. In many cases the credits received from SOECTS are accepted by other schools. SOECTS utilizes only the finest materials available. However, we cannot say what another school will accept. The main question to be asked when considering a school is “Is this the school that will please God?” If it pleases God then it doesn’t matter who is displeased. We ask all of our students to pray about all they do in life. Our school is about honoring Christ and being His servants. We feel the accreditation of God is on our school because we strive to please Him in academics and ministry training. If the school is right for God then it’s right for you. We encourage you to prayerfully fill out the free academic evaluation form and send it back to us as soon as possible so that you may begin today to prepare for the greater ministry that God has for you!Members:
The Chairman

Pastor William Nancolas is a Founder and sits on the Board of Trustees as the Chairman. A native of Idaho whose profession is a farmer, Pstr William is married to his wife Dr. Dione Nancolas who spearheads their ministry, Spirit of Esther Ministry, designed to equip the saints of God for service in the Kingdom of God.
William by profession is a die-hearted farmer. He was birthed on a farm his parents owned and ran by his father. He grew up in a traditional farm life, very robust and a man of the soil. Today William works as a Watermaster where he manages the water supply for hundreds of acres of farms in South Nampa, Idaho. This was when the romance with his now wife began. Meeting her online while she was living in Jamaica. Eventually, William and Dione got married on January 2014, right after Dione lead him to Christ, and his life would never be the same. William immediately assumed the role of supporting his wife in whatever was needed to launch their ministry while he focused on his work. His support was unmatched, as he believes that though he has a responsibility to his work and his family, his first loyalty is to building the Kingdom of God, and that was the extent he thought he could contribute. But in 2023, William would encounter God in a supernatural way that moved him from a supporting role beside his wife to the forefront in Ministry. As God would supernaturally heal him from lung cancer and a 50-year addiction to nicotine. William said one day while he was riding around on the farm, he began to have an out-of-body experience and God began to pour into his mind a wealth of information. At the end he said he heard the voice of God clearly tell him “Go and tell the people I am real, and that I am coming back!” And that was the birth of William’s personal relationship with Christ and his evangelizing as he did just what God instructed him to do, to share him to all he would encounter. William received his appointment to Ministry in the position of a Pastor through the Spirit of Esther Ministry, in March 2024. Following which, he and Dione set out to incorporating their College & Seminary, as they felt it was a directive of God to expand the ministry to equip and reach more souls. The Vice Chairwoman
